Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all product inquiries regarding the products displayed in our online catalog on the website www.molitor-luxembourg.com (hereinafter referred to as “website”).

2.2 Despite the utmost care in creating the online catalog, errors in product descriptions, prices, and images may occur. We reserve the right to correct these at any time and without prior notice.
2.3 The displayed colors of the products may vary depending on the screen display and resolution. The actual products may differ in color and appearance from the images in the online catalog.
3. Prices and Availability
3.1 All prices listed on the website are non-binding and subject to change without prior notice. The final price will be communicated to the customer when the order is placed in the store or by e-mail.
3.2 The availability of the products cannot be guaranteed. If a product is not available upon request, possibly because production has ceased or we have discontinued our collaboration with the supplier, we will inform the customer promptly.
4. Ordering Process and Conclusion of Contract
4.1 The presentation of products in the online catalog does not constitute a legally binding sales offer.
4.2 Orders can only be placed by the customer in-store (4a, Rue du Marché-aux-Herbes) or via email. In the latter case, a purchase contract is only concluded when we accept the order with an order confirmation sent via email.

5.1 We assume no liability for the accuracy, completeness, and up to date-ness of the information displayed in the online catalog, including prices and product descriptions.

6.2 Luxembourg law exclusively applies. For transactions with end consumers within the European Union, the law at the consumer’s place of residence may also apply if it concerns mandatory consumer protection provisions.
6.3 Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
