PORTUGIESER CHRONOGRAPH

The Portugieser Chronograph is one of IWC Schaffhausen’s most iconic models. With its compact 41 millimeter diameter, it fits almost any wrist. However, the thin bezel gives the impression of wearing a larger watch. The clear and functional dial features applied Arabic numerals and fine leaf hands. Printed with a quarter-second graduated field, the distinctive bezel not only allows for accurate reading of the time, but also recalls the origins of the Portugieser as a wrist-worn nautical precision instrument. This model features a stainless steel case, silver dial, and applied gold hands; all mounted on a black alligator leather strap. The IWC manufacture caliber 69355 drives this elegant and sporty chronograph. The robust and precise chronograph movement with its classic wheel construction is visible through a sapphire crystal back.
