PORTUGIESER AUTOMATIC 40

An open and well laid out dial, with its traditional minute scale and small seconds counter at 6 o’clock: the IWC 325 reference set the benchmark for the Portugieser design in the late 1930s, which would be repeated throughout the history of the collection. Today, this timelessly modern design returns in a new automatic model with a compact 40 mm case. The Portugieser Automatic 40 is powered by the IWC 82200 manufacture caliber. This robust, high-quality automatic movement is equipped with a Pellaton winding system made of almost indestructible ceramic components, which gives it a power reserve of 60 hours. This model has a stainless steel case with a silver dial with gold hands and appliques. It comes with a black alligator strap, particularly comfortable thanks to its brand new butterfly clasp.
